Speckles and Kirra - bonded pair

Speckles and Kirra are a beautiful bonded pair of greyhounds that absolutely love each other. They have spent all of their time together here at the shelter and cope much better in a home environment when they have each other to hang out with. They both have quirky, fun personalities and absolutely love life, but still have the usual greyhound tendency to sleep most of the day away. Both of them would be best suited to a home with older children (if you have any), just so they can settle in to a stress free lifestyle. They can also be a little too interested in smaller fluffy friends, so we recommend that they do not go home with cats or small dogs. Greyhounds are surprisingly easy dogs to own, and are generally quite lazy and make wonderful companion animals. If you haven't owned a greyhound before, check out our 'Going Grey' handbook on our website or at our rehoming centre to give you all of the information you need to get started as an A+ greyhound owner! These dogs have been made our PETS OF THE WEEK to try and help them find a home sooner, which means their adoption fee is ONLY $99 each! If you have the space in your heart and home for two loving girls, come and meet Speckles and Kirra today. I am at the AWLQ Gold Coast, Shelter Road, Coombabah location. You can find me in the Dog Rehoming A Row kennel. You can contact me by Email callcentre@awlqld.com.au Phone 07 55099000 Address Shelter Road, Coombabah, Qld, 4216
